Jon, many thanks for the invitation to today's session, which I found extremely inspiring and provided a great cause for reflection. Yvonne and Debbie were great examples of people who backed themselves and acted on what they believed in.  As I mentioned when we spoke at the end, Trevor O'Hoy's very candid presentation in which he displayed his vulnerabilities simply reinforced his role as a modern leader - professionally on purpose with a high degree of humility. I also thought he handled the question about exec remuneration extremely well - a very leading question and not really appropriate given the purpose and tone of today's session.  

You'd be interested to know that I caught up with a few people I know at the session that have had direct dealings with you - Jean-Marc Imbert (RSM Bird Cameron) and Peter Thornely (William Buck) both of whom speak highly of you. The Invisible network at work!

Hi John, Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed the Friday morning session. I have reflected many times this weekend on the words and humility of Trevor O'Hoy. It was a privilege to hear his story and from the amazing women who preceded him. Stupidly I did not allow myself enough free time to really meet some of the amazing people there. I have learned that lesson now. Thank you, fabulous event.
