Program
Overview
Leaders and emerging leaders will be confronted with challenges that demand new competencies today. Therefore the key to competitive advantage will not hinge purely on the capacity to generate greater banks of intellectual capital or people, but more so on developing meaningful, authentic relationships.
In the constant changing landscape of business, gaining support from these purposeful relationships and remaining top of mind will provide buoyancy and resilience in all economic climates.
