Peter Carter - Education Consultant
Peter Carter has been working within the field of education and training for over thirty years. During the last 15 years, he has been specialising in adult learning, using a variety of delivery and assessment techniques. In particular he has a great deal of experience in self-paced learning and internet delivery of training, as well as instructor led and facilitated training.
Peter has worked with major companies such as Spherion Education Pty. Ltd. (formerly Computer Power), Hales Business College as well as Ministry of Education (Victoria) and Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania U.S.
For the past ten years, Peter has managed a team of curriculum developers who have designed self-paced curriculum and assessment, for delivery via print, CD-ROM, LAN and the Internet. He has overseen projects assessing learning styles analysis of adult learners and has first hand experience of the impact of preferred learning styles on student cognition.
