Jon Christopher Burgess
 Jon Burgess was born in Bermuda, raised and educated in London, Africa (Uganda) and finally Australia. At age 15, Jon returned to London and went onto represent at youth level only, West Ham United & Wimbledon Football Clubs.
Jon later returned to Australia building a successful career over ten years in the communications industry working for organisations such as Xerox.
In 2000, Jon became the official Melbourne Partner for GSI who manage many Olympic & World Champion athletes.
In 2002, Kwan’s International Consultancy formed. Kwan is an advisor and performance partner in people networks for some of the worlds most admired organisations and institutions.
Jon Burgess is regarded by many as one of the most respected and influential minds in the field of people networks and equally renowned for the development of the Kwan 'CONNECT'® philosophy.
