I just wanted to make contact, thank you for presenting concepts and ideas that I found challenging and to provide some feedback. The words that come to mind when I reflect on the program are thought provoking and stimulating. Thought provoking because while the basic idea of being connected is not new, the concepts you present have started to make me think more deeply about the way I am going about my role in Mercer and how I can be more effective. In particular I struggled with the question of, what is my point of difference? While I have not reached a conclusion on this yet, I have a few ideas that I will continue to explore. The other concept I found useful relates how I can remain relevant to clients...I like the idea that everyone responds to an opportunity and have started to use this with some of my key clients. My immediate challenge with this program is to turn these concepts and ideas into powerful daily habits and behaviours. I enjoyed the course and found it to be very interesting and thought provoking. It gave me new perspective on framing networks and the values we should try to give and derive from them and the people they involve - this was a highlight for me.
